Terms of Service

This agreement governs your access to and use of the Bluefork platform during a limited beta testing program.

The beta program is intended to validate product journeys, gather feedback, identify defects, and improve the platform before broader commercial release.

Bluefork is a pre-release product provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features, content, and integrations may change, be limited, perform inconsistently, or be withdrawn without notice.

• Some features may be incomplete, unstable, unavailable, or produce inaccurate or unexpected outputs.
• You should independently verify recommendations, AI-generated content, and suggested actions before relying on them.
• Bluefork must not be used as a substitute for professional, legal, medical, financial, safety, or other high-stakes advice.
• Do not use Bluefork for real payments, confirmed bookings, or mission-critical decisions during the beta.

Access to Bluefork is personal and subject to the following conditions:

• Access may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or provided to any third party.
• Bluefork may approve, suspend, restrict, or revoke beta access at any time in its sole discretion.
• Use only the invitation and environment designated by Bluefork for beta testing.
• Provide accurate contact details so the product team can reach you regarding onboarding, issues, or service notices.
• Connect only accounts and services that you are comfortable using in a beta environment.

As a beta participant you agree to:

• Use the platform responsibly and only for evaluation, testing, and feedback purposes.
• Promptly report bugs, suspicious behavior, content issues, and product concerns through the designated beta support channels.
• Keep login credentials secure and notify Bluefork immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Not attempt to interfere with system operations, bypass controls, scrape data, reverse engineer the platform, or access another user's data without authorization.
• Not rely on Bluefork for critical, legal, medical, financial, safety-sensitive, or irreversible decisions.

During the beta program, Bluefork will:

• Use reasonable safeguards to protect beta data and limit internal access to authorized team members, service providers, and support personnel with a business need to know.
• Review feedback, triage reported issues, and continuously improve the product during the beta period.
• Provide participants with the current Beta Program Guidelines and any material updates relevant to testing.

Any suggestions, ideas, comments, enhancement requests, survey responses, and other feedback you provide may be used by Bluefork without restriction or compensation. Bluefork may incorporate feedback into its products, services, documentation, and future releases.

If Bluefork wishes to use your name, quote, or testimonial in external materials, your explicit separate consent will be requested first.

Bluefork and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the platform, software, models, documentation, branding, workflows, and all related intellectual property.

• No ownership rights are transferred to you under this agreement.
• You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the beta environment for evaluation purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bluefork disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.

• Bluefork will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from beta participation.

This agreement starts on the date you first access Bluefork and continues until the earlier of the end of the beta program or termination by Bluefork.

• Your rights under this agreement will terminate automatically if you breach any provision.
• Bluefork may suspend or terminate your access at any time in its sole discretion.
• Upon termination, you must stop using the beta environment and, if requested, delete or return any confidential beta materials in your possession.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bluefork is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Bluefork may send participants operational notices relating to access, outages, known issues, product changes, or requests for feedback.
